These terms apply to repsroof.com and the RepsRoof app, operated by RepsRoof. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: support@repsroof.com.
Beta access
RepsRoof is in beta. Access is by invitation or approved request, and is free during the beta. We may change, add or remove features, and we’ll tell account holders before paid billing starts. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Storm, roof and property information comes from public sources and estimates (such as radar, lidar and county records) and may be incomplete or out of date — check it before you rely on it, and inspect every roof. To the extent the law allows, RepsRoof isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- follow the laws that apply to your business, including door-to-door sales, home-solicitation, contractor licensing, insurance and telemarketing rules;
- honor every opt-out and “do not contact” request;
- use homeowner information only to offer and provide roofing services;
- not resell, scrape or bulk-export data from the service, or use it to harass anyone;
- not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
- keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us right away if you think it’s been misused.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your data
Your company’s data belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide RepsRoof to you. See the Privacy policy.
Ending access
You can stop using RepsRoof at any time. We can end the beta or your access with reasonable notice, and will give you a way to get your data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use RepsRoof after a change means you accept it.
