What we text

When you give RepsRoof your mobile number — for example on the request access form or when you sign in — RepsRoof may text you about your access request and your account: verification codes, approval or status updates, and sign-in codes. We don’t send marketing texts under this consent.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we’ll confirm once and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email support@repsroof.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Your number stays private

We never sell your mobile number, and mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy policy.

Texts from roofing companies

Roofing companies that use RepsRoof may text their own customers from their own numbers. Those messages are sent by that company; replying STOP to them opts you out of that company’s texts, and the opt-out is honored across RepsRoof.
