RepsRoof (“RepsRoof”, “we”, “us”) makes software for roofing companies. This policy explains what we collect on repsroof.com and in the RepsRoof app during our beta, and what we do with it. Questions: support@repsroof.com.

The request access form

When you request access we collect your name, mobile number, company name, city and state, team size and what you sell, plus the technical details any website receives (IP address, browser type) and a Cloudflare Turnstile check that tells real people from bots.

We use this only to verify your phone number, review your request, and contact you about access to RepsRoof and your account. We do not use it for advertising.

We don’t sell or share your information

We never sell personal information. We don’t share it with third parties for their marketing. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run RepsRoof (for example hosting, the database, and text-message and email delivery); they may process data only to provide that service to us.

Companies using RepsRoof

Information a roofing company puts into RepsRoof — its team, customers, jobs and payments — belongs to that company. We process it only to provide the service. It is never shown to other companies on RepsRoof, and never sold.

Home data from public records

To help roofing companies find homes that may need work, RepsRoof uses public and government data about properties: county property records (such as year built, owner of record and building details), city building permits, NOAA weather radar and storm reports, and USGS lidar elevation data for roof size and pitch. We don’t buy consumer profiles and we don’t track people online.

Homeowners can ask us to hide their home from every company on RepsRoof at Remove my home or by emailing support@repsroof.com. Homeowners who are contacted by a company on RepsRoof can opt out of further texts, calls and mail from the link in any message or by replying STOP to a text; opt-outs are honored across the app.

Cookies and analytics

repsroof.com doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies and has no third-party trackers. Your language choice is saved in your browser. The Turnstile check is provided by Cloudflare to block automated abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep an access request only as long as we need it to review it and, if it’s approved, to run your account. Account data is kept while the account is active. You can ask us to delete your request or account data at any time, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@repsroof.com. We’ll confirm the request came from you and then act on it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and each company’s data is kept separate from every other company’s.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced to account holders before they take effect.
